City Council Unanimously Adopts Resolutions on Two General Election Ballot Items

At the October 9, 2018 regular meeting, City Council unanimously adopted formal positions through Council Resolutions on two general election ballot questions. 


They are:


Opposition of Amendment 74: An attempt to amend the Colorado constitution to drastically limit state and local government services at a high cost to taxpayers.


Opposition of Proposition 112: A Requirement that new oil and natural gas development not on federal land be located at least 2,500 feet from an "occupied structure" or "vulnerable area".
