2017 Election Results

On November 7, 2017, the City of Castle Pines elected Tera Radloff as the community's third mayor in the City's young history. Radloff won the election against fellow City Councilmember, Geoff Blue.

Mayor-Elect Tera Radloff has been a member of City Council since 2010 and has served as Mayor Pro Tem since 2013. Radloff and her husband, Jon, have lived in Castle Pines since 2003.


Mrs. Radloff will vacate her seat representing Ward 1 when she is sworn in as Mayor. Then, City Council will have sixty days to fill the vacancy. 


Castle Pines voters also elected five City Council members who will take their new seats on January 9th. These Council positions were uncontested races, and include:


  • Melissa Coudeyras: Current Councilmember representing Ward 1; re-elected to a four-year term.
  • Ben Price: Current Councilmember representing Ward 2; re-elected to a four-year term.
  • Gregory Fisher: Outgoing City Treasurer; elected to a two-year term representing Ward 2.
  • Roger Hudson: First-time candidate elected to a four-year term representing Ward 3.
  • Tracy Engerman: First-time candidate elected to a two-year term representing Ward 3.
