Town CenterThe Castle Pines Town Center is a 354-acre planned development which allows for a mix of land uses including parks, open space, trails, schools, civic, community, commercial, retail, agricultural, up to 475 single family residences and 200 multifamily residences. The property is located on the northwest corner of Happy Canyon Road and I-25, west of I-25, east of Castle Pines Village and south of Lagae Ranch.

Status

The most recent activity related to this development took place on February 25, 2014 when City Council approved a Major Amendment which rezoned approximately 15-29 acres from mixed use/commercial/office land uses to single family residential land uses. The rezoning resulted in the elimination of 199,135 square feet of mixed use/commercial/office development and allowed for an additional 155 single family residential units to be added to the previously approved plan. No changes were proposed to the previously approved 200 multifamily residential units or building heights.
