The subject property is 441.868 acres in size and generally located East of I-25, South of Hess Road and North of Happy Canyon Road.

  • The Canyons Preliminary Plan No. 1, Case Number PP17-001 - Public hearings (Planning Commission - August 24, 2017 and City Council - September 26, 2017) will be held to evaluate the proposal to subdivide 778.64 acres into 1,032 lots, 4 superblocks and 50 tracts.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. regarding The Berkeley Homes Preliminary Plan No. 1 lying within Parcel 12 of the Canyons Superblock No. 2. City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. on the Berkeley Homes Preliminary Plan No. 1 and the Berkeley Homes Final Plat Filing No. 1. The purpose of the public hearings are to evaluate the proposal to subdivide 18.18 acres into 86 lots and 15 tracts.
