Signs of safety in Castle Pines North Public safety is a priority for the City of Castle Pines North. We aim to ensure our citizens live in a safe and healthy environment. The City is currently partnering with a number of agencies, including the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, to provide safety services. Castle Pines North is served by the South Metro Fire Rescue Authority's Station 36, located at Castle Pines Parkway and Debbie Lane. The station's equipment includes a paramedic ambulance, a fire engine and a water tanker for working in areas inaccessible by fire hydrants.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office has more than 280 commissioned officers. Colorado Life Trak

Colorado Life Trak is a tracking service provided through the Douglas County Sheriff's office that seeks to improve the safety of those with Alzheimer's, Down syndrome, autism, and other disorders that might cause the individual to become lost. Community Safety Volunteer Program

Douglas County's Community Safety Volunteer Program provides civilians with the opportunity to assist the sheriff. Key areas of help include crime prevention presentations, traffic control, and handling calls not requiring a sworn officer.
