Interim City Manager/Utility Director
The Interim City Manager/Utility Director is responsible for coordinating and supervising staff responsibilities, per direction of City Council.
City Clerk
Dan Schatz
The City Clerk is responsible for maintaining municipal records, such as council meeting agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions and other vital city documents.
 Community Development
There are two functions within Community Development: Planning & Zoning and Building Permits & Inspections. The Planning & Zoning team can help you with issues concerning land use, zoning, and development review. The Building Permits & Inspections team assists with plan reviews, building permits, and site inspections for new construction, plumbing & mechanical work, and site improvements.
Public Safety
Public safety is a priority for the City of Castle Pines North. We aim to ensure our citizens live in a safe and healthy environment. Check our Public Safety section for information regarding fire protection, paramedics, the sheriff's department, and more.
Public Works
Launched on Feb. 12, 2009, the Public Works department guides and delivers the city's public works services through a combination of partnerships, subcontractors and city staff.

Finance
Information regarding the City's budget, finances, licensing and taxes is located in the Finance's department.
